1. Open your StellarPay app and tap ‘Need Help?’ on the login screen. 2. Select ‘Lost access to my phone number’ from the available options. 3. Enter the phone number you no longer have access to. 4. Provide your email address linked to your StellarPay account. 5. Enter your account passcode for verification. If your selfie and ID verification are successfully matched, you’ll be guided to update your phone number directly within the app. If the verification fails, you will be directed to a secure chat with our support team for further assistance.
You’ve Lost Your Passcode and the Phone Number You Used to Sign Up
1. Open the StellarPay app and tap ‘Need Help?’ on the login screen. 2. Enter the phone number you no longer have access to. 3. Select ‘Forgot your passcode?’ when prompted. 4. Follow the instructions to take a verification selfie for identity confirmation. 5. Upload a valid ID document (e.g., passport or driver’s license) for additional verification.
If your selfie and ID verification are successfully matched, you’ll be guided to update your account information, including your phone number and passcode, directly within the app. If the verification fails, you will be directed to a secure chat with our support team for further assistance.
Suspect Fraud or a Scam? Report It
If you have an account with StellarPay and need to report fraudulent activity or a suspicious transaction, please report it directly through the StellarPay app: 1. Open the app and go to ‘Help Center’. 2. Select ‘Report Fraud or Suspicious Activity’. 3. Follow the prompts to provide details about the incident.
